The Man Called God.

There is this popular man everyone has heard of called God, whom even the devil acknowledges as sovereign but detests that acknowledgement with  preposterous pride, doing all he can to match up with him since ages, but just can't because no one can ever stand up to him. We humans have this man in our lives for grattis, he asks for no wages for his services, he just wants to be a father, someone we can lean on to eternity, wants to be the the center of our lives. We accept him into our lives but as time goes on begin to doubt him, his love, capabilities, promises and presence. As humans as we are, we slowly let go of his hands and begin to chase the wind when things take the wrong turn.

 As frail as we are, we begin to query his existence as we become overwhelmed with life, engrossed in expectations, hopes and plans that have been thwarted . We tentatively ask the questions, "Is God truly with me?, where was he when this happened? as powerful and loving as he is, this should have succeeded!".  But hey, God is a God of timings, he works in his own time frame, at the auspicious time, he could make all your plans succeed, your fondest dream become a reality, your wishes and prayers come to past if that would prove his love for you and guarantee your happiness, a piece of cake!!!

 No one understands the precepts of God. What you believe is the best for you is not really what befits you to him, because he is your creator. He knew you before you were born, knows the number of hairs on your head, he basically knows you more than you think you know about yourself and does everything he does in your utmost interest. He knows what will happen in the future which you are totally in the dark about and in that regard, does the needful which comes off as a huge blow to your face and to your dismay. We tend to cling on to this moment of despair and despondency for a long time to which some don't recover from and resort to questioning the potency of God.

 It takes a certain peak of spiritual discernment and maturity to get accustomed to the ways of God, as they are mysterious, subtle to human understanding.  In order to come to terms with how God works, one must first never loose sight of the fact that he knows best, and that he would be the happiest when we are happy and fulfilled. The few storms that come our way should not make us doubt God no matter how turbulent it is, he knows we can overcome it. Sometimes the obstacles we face make us grow stronger and wiser as they prepare us for something bigger and better, we fail to realize it but later as we still sulk over the plans that have fallen through and not ready to see from a different angle.

 God in his wisdom, knowing what's best for us, would never look on and let his children encounter something that he knows is beyond us. He tests us in so many ways in preparation for greater things he has in store for us. It may seem like forever but don't stop trusting God . No matter what your battling with, don't doubt God as hard and heartbreaking as it is. Don't faze when things take a different turn, when you feel out of place among family and friends because of that one thing you are trusting God with and seems to be taking so long a time. You see everything going  perfectly for someone but yours seems like a dead end, just keep trusting him. God has never put anyone one who has ever trusted and believed in his might to shame, you can ask around if you like. He can make and unmake, he does what he wants, and what he wants for you is the best you can ever ask for. Girdle your faith in him as you will eventually have the last and best laugh .
